PREAMBLE

Greetings to you all our dear parents and guardians. It’s that time of the year again when our children take a break from their hectic academic year, just to rest for a few days.

1. REPORT BOOKLETS
   Your child has been issued with a report, news letter and invoice. The report is issued without any alteration. If you suspect any form of cheating by your child, please visit the school for remedy.

2. FEES PAYMENT
   Non payment of fees by some parents has become cancerous. A big thank you to parents who timeously pay full fees for their children. Parents, lets be responsible enough, how do you send your child to school for the whole term, year even without paying a single cent? This means your child is feeding on other students money, resultantly service delivery is hindered. Lets pay up or at least come on opening day to make payment plans.

3. DISCIPLINE
   Our children are still involved in indecorous behaviours. Drug and alcohol abuse as well as bullying are serious offences that can and will never be tolerated. You are advised to monitor them during the holiday. Those found guilty of these offences will be excluded from school without fear or favour. Please note that cellphones are strictly prohibited at school.

4. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
   Date: 26 April 2025
   Time: 10:00am
   Venue: School Hall
   -All parents are invited

5. SCHOOL TRIP
   Destination: Kariba
   Dates: 31/07/25-02/08/25
   Cost: $155,00USD

6. Schools opens on Tuesday 13 May 2025.
