PREAMBLE: I hope and trust this letter finds you in good health and spirit. We want to thank the Lord for being with us throughout the term.

1. VACATION
   -No vacation school for April 2023 holiday but will be held in August 2023 holiday.

2. ‘O’ AND ‘A’ LEVEL NOV EXAMS(ZIMSEC)
   Final date of payment is 05/04/23.Those who wish to swipe or pay in RTGs should come on the 4th and 5th without fail. ZIMSEC will have given the transfer rate.

3. FEES PAYMENT
   Please pay next term fees during the holidays. Pupils who will not have paid fees will not be accepted into school. Every child has been given his/her fees invoice. Those in arrears have since been given warning massages or letters. Please take this warning seriously so that you will not be inconvenienced.

4. SCHOOL REPORTS
   All pupils have been given a school report and a news letter without any alterations . Please take time to discuss with your child his/her performance. Some pupils are faking reports, please do check thoroughly.

5. DRESSING AND UNIFORM
   There is need for your child to dress properly during school days in right school attire. Make sure the
   child has proper uniform before leaving home in the morning.

6. DISCIPLINE AND PUNCTUALITY
   Please encourage your child to be well mannered and disciplined so that he/she concentrate on school work. Make sure your child is punctual to school. School starts at 7.15am and ends at 4.00pm. Some students in form 4 and 6 get lost at the end so there is need for parents to sit down with them and guide them. We have discovered that some students are engaging in serious drug abuse and premature sexual activities.
   -Cell phones are strictly prohibited. Some pupils are bringing cell phones with pornographic material.
