PREAMBLE
Salutations to you our parents and guardians. We have come to the end of our second term, a very busy term for both teachers and students.

1. VACATION SCHOOL
   We are going to hold vacation school for forms 4 and 6 starting on 9 August to 22 August. All candidates are expected to attend these crucial revision sessions Form 4s pay $3,00 per learning area while Form 6s pay $5,00 per learning area. This must be paid before commencement of the revision classes

2. REPORTS
   Each child must bring a report card/booklet which must be signed and returned to school on opening day. Form 4s and 6s wrote summative tests at the end of term while forms 5,3,2 and 1 used continuos assessment marks. Reports are issued without alterations.

3. FEES PAYMENT
   I want to thank parents and guardians who paid their fees in full and on time. This enabled us to meet some of our obligations. However quite a number of parents did not pay, some even haven’t paid anything in 2 years. Parents with arrears must pay up over the holiday. Failure to offset your debt will result in legal action being taken against you as agreed in the Parents General Meeting held in June. Students with arrears and whose parents did not make any payment plan will only be allowed into school after coming with their parents to school.
