PREAMBLE

Festive greetings to you all our dear parents and guardians. Praise be to the most high, our Lord and Savior for taking us and our children though the academic year.

1. END OF YEAR EXAMS
   As we continue to strive to give our students quality and relevant education, we do summative assessment through writing of tests. These end of year exams were administered albeit at a huge cost. Generally the performance of our students was not as good as we would have wanted. As we get into the new year both teaches and students need to wok even harder to achieve even better results.

2. FEES PAYMENT
   I want to thank those parents who timeously pay their children’s fees. This enables the admin to plan. However, quite a number of parents delay or do not pay at all their children’s fees. This derails all the plans the school has as it fails to meet its financial obligations. Parents with challenges should come to school to make payment plans. In the coming year the school will introduce “gate passes” to allow students who are fully paid up or have made payment plans to enter the gate.

3. SCHOOL REPORTS
   All students were issued with end of year reports which, you as parent must sign to acknowledge having seen the report. The report should be brought to school on the opening day and surrendered to the class teacher.

4. DESCIPLINE
   Discipline remains an integral part of the school system for producing good all round citizens.
   A number of our children have been found on the wrong side of our rules and regulations at the school. Drug and substance abuse is a serious offence which results in the learner being expelled from school. Lets join hands as parents and teachers to curb this vice, that threatens to destroy our children.

Punctuality, wearing school uniform properly, Lesson attendance and respect for each other are key tenets for success and must be upheld.

5. SCHOOLS OPEN ON THE 9TH OF JANUARY 2024.
