PREAMBLE: I hope and trust this letter finds you in good health and spirit. We want to thank the Lord for being with us throughout the term.

1. VACATION SCHOOL
-Due to National Elections going to be held on 23 August most of the teachers will be on national duty, consequently no vacation school this term.

2. MID YEAR EXAMS
-‘O’ and ‘A’ Level classes wrote full paper exams while other classes wrote half papers augmented by course work.

3. CALA FOR ‘O’ AND ‘A’ LEVEL
-Disappointingly, quite a number of students both ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level did not submit CALAs to learning area teachers. Parents of these students were engaged but still a few are playing truancy. It must be noted that if 1 out of 5 CALA components is missing the child will not get results.

4. FEES PAYMENT
-Next term’s fees must be paid during the holidays. Those with arrears will not be allowed into school before clearing them.
-Each pupil has been given an invoice showing what must be paid before schools open.
NB// Fees are due on or before schools open. Parents must make payment plans over the holiday if they are not able to pay all fees on the opening day. In the absence of a payment plan, the child will not be allowed into school.

5. SCHOOL REPORTS
-All students were issued with reports and parents must sign to acknowledge receipt of them. Reports are issued without any alterations and must bear a school stamp.

6. DISCIPLINE
We continue to instill discipline among our students. I take discipline issues seriously and any student who willfully break school rules and regulations will be dealt with accordingly. Punctuality is of paramount importance and so parent5s must assist in ensuring that their children come to school on time i.e 07.15am

7. Schools open on 4 September 2023.
